"There is obviously a lot to of remodeling and upgrades going on. New hot tub was not installed. Bathrooms, beds and kitchen were nice. Floors and windows were very dirty. There were no bath washcloths. Perhaps they are not included. The wood exterior side walk is dangerous and needs replaced."

"We stayed in Steve’s condo in Windham for four nights while visiting family in the area for New Year’s Eve. We love the Windham area - there is so much to do and the condo was well located. Steve’s place was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Check in and check out were easy and Steve was communicative throughout. We would stay here again."
