"When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. VRBO took their side! This was a horrific experience. I hope they get the sewer smell figured out. I just wanted to visit my daughter and this turned into a nightmare. I understand...

"It is a beautiful property surrounded by trees and a beautiful lawn and a small pond. Very quiet and relaxing spot. The bedding and textiles are clean and comfortable. I love the decor of the house, very elegant and cozy. It seems it just had renovation, the bathroom and kitchen are modern and clean looking. The only things I would complain about is lacking of kitchen appliance and tableware. Providing toaster and kettle, microwave safe plates would be highly appreciated."

It was spacious, the fireplace was very cozy, and we were fascinated by the house’s character and history, still discovering cool little details on our last morning. The managers, Mike and Katie, were also great, quickly responsive to questions, handy with recommendations, and also taking time out to describe a little of the house’s history. "

The attic was unbelievably cozy to take a nap and shower system was clean and neat. The kitchen was very nicely organized so everything was in place and we fully enjoyed cooking there too.
