"The Hyatt was beyond my expectations. Staff were friendly we ate dinner at the bar. Food was exceptional and the drinks were good as well. Would highly recommend and stay again if in the area."

"We were on the first floor and could clearly hear the people above us pacing the floor ALL night. It sounded as if they would fall thru. That’s how loud it was. Slept only about 3 1/2 hrs all night. Also, their add said restaurant. It was only a continental breakfast."

"This is a wonderful place to stay. We went to a concert at SPAC and were able to walk there and back-so easy! The hotel provided a shuttle to anywhere you wanted to go, downtown or the track. We did both and they pick you up where ever you are, you do not have to go to a meeting place. Downtown had great shopping!! How convenient is that? We had the breakfast buffet-plenty to chose from and everything was delicious. We wanted to eat lunch at 2p and the restaurant was closed but they made us sandwiches at the bar. They were super delicious and so much food we didnt even need dinner! So accommodating! We had drinks at the bar and they sent the most delicious home made potato chips, we asked for a second basket, they were so good! Golf course right next to it and my husband will bring his clubs next visit. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Easy to change the temp of the room. I would have liked larger bath towels."
