"If you are looking for a quiet, no amenities, budget friendly hotel, come to the hotel only to sleep because of a bz schedule… this is it! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is old and not well maintained. One of the elevators still out for construction - I think it has been out for more than a month. The rooms are clean but the property itself isn’t. No microwave in the rooms. It’s a no smoking hotel but the smell of weed in the corridor is overwhelming. You might encounter some shady people as well 👀 But nobody bother you, the staff at the front and the cleaning team are really helpful. Great location, near to major stores and fun activities. DoorDash friendly. I might go back again if I have a bz schedule and need a place quiet to sleep and budget friendly."

"The location is best if you plan to explore the Dream American Mall and Korean town in Palisade Park, but the indoor self parking is way to tight and parking space is tough to locate if you packed house during your stay. This is only thing I find that is major minus about this property."

"I am an asthma sufferer. The hotel promptly placed my party in a different room as an adjoining rooms cigar smoke, and whatever other substance was being used was spewing through vent, they kindly and promptly placed in another room."
