This was our first time in 24 years staying at this part of the LG. We enjoyed it a lot. We'll come back.

Great location at northern end of Lake George. If you want to experience the quieter end of the lake, this is the place to try it. Plenty of space for the family and walking down the steps across the lawn to the water never gets old.

This property was so beautiful it had toys for kids and plenty of games for adults like badmitton and cornhole etc..you can sit right on the lake directly lakeside. The house was well stocked and very clean . The owner of the house was so available for any questions. There was a dock so we rented a boat . The lake had a sandy bottom easy for kids to play I would absolutely rent this property again.Great family memories were made here !

Beautiful sandy shallow bottomed lake area right off the lawn where the 4 and 5 year old grandchildren played. The water was incredibly clear. We swam every day and it was glorious. The house is large and comfortable, and we were grateful for the air conditioners during this summers seemingly endless heat wave. Plenty of games, including bocce ball. And the canoe was great for fishing. Great house, gorgeous location.

We completely enjoyed our vacation! We had a very hot week, and air conditioning worked great! During the day we could choose to be in the sun or the shade. The lake was very accessible from dock and stairs. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Beautiful property with flat lawn next to the lake. Great swimming off the dock, and the dock is big enough for a motor boat.

I’ve been coming to Ticonderoga in the summer my entire life. This was the first year we stayed in this home and it was lovely. The waterfront is perfect, the house is very large with an amazing screened in porch, and there are so many amenities. The house is spotless and it’s very clear the owner really cares about the home!

House was very clean and very practical for a group of 8 adults and 4 small children. The best yard out of all the houses on the street. Nice and flat for the kids to play. Great views and sunsets every night. Owner was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at the house. The amenities were great and the view from the porch every morning was breathtaking. That same view at night when the sun was setting was spectacular and immediately put you at peace with the world. In fact we ate all of our meals on the porch because of the view.
The lawn gave us plenty of room to play with the kids and we even flew a kite one afternoon. The swimming was great and the accommodations were exactly what was needed for a thoroughly enjoyable vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Many thanks.

Large grass area to relax, play with the children, kick a ball around and just be with the lake. Solid dock with metal ladder entry to sandy bottom, yet a nice depth at the end of the dock for shallow dive. Beautiful views. Also nice grassy area in front of the house with plenty of parking and nice driveway and walk to house. Lovely screened porch.

This is a great place to stay. Close to town and marina to get your boat rental. House is very well maintained and the set up is great. Tons of space. The screened in porch has a great view of the lake and is a great place to eat dinner. My family and I enjoyed our time here and we plan on staying again.

We loved our stay at this cabin! We stayed for two weeks in August. The yard was incredible for the kids (and very rare for this part of the lake). They spent hours running around and playing games. The whole family loved playing croquet, which we found in the box of toys in the basement. Another favorite was jumping off the dock and swimming in the lake. We were able to safely dock a 21 foot boat, which we rented from Dockside Marina. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and then some. The owner was very responsive to text messages and emails, throughout our stay, answering all questions and providing additional suggestions. The porch was trully incredible. Overall, an A+ stay for us. We hope to come back soon!

The location alone was fantastic. The view was spectacular. The house had more then enough seating inside and out and everything was kept so clean. You can't beat sitting on the porch looking out at rogers rock. The lawn was perfect for yard games and we were able to dock a 25ft boat there. It's a very quiet part of the lake which is great for fishing and water sports. Kids really enjoyed tubing. Also a cliff near by to jump off of. That was an awesome time for the kids as well. The owner was great to deal with. She responded back to any questions I had. I highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful family vacation here on Lake George. The house has plenty of room with a cozy charm, the large screened porch is my favorite for morning coffee and evening games with the kids. We loved the spacious property in front of the lake for sports and entertaining /BBQ. My husband really enjoys the great view of Rogers Rock along with the easy boat access for water sports with the kids. There are many restaurants along with a CVS and Walmart which are very close by for extra convenience . This is a perfect house for all ages. Swimming, hiking up the mountain , fishing, boating and the private feel for family time spent together . We cannot wait to come back again next year! This will be our third year staying here. And just love this house !

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is in great condition and provides excellent views of Rogers Rock and Lake George. Some other nice features are the large flat property by the lake and the large enclosed porch. Really great space by the lake for the kids to play. I would stay at this property again.

I have been bringing my family to this house for the past four years and it is everything you need in a house for a Lake George vacation. It is a cozy cabin with more than even enough room for our family. We love the outside of this house and all the advantages it has. It has a huge backyard with enough space for us to set up our corn hole boards and enjoy in the sun. We spent every dinner at the picnic table watching the sun set. The location is exactly what we were looking for, it is on a quiet road and a peaceful part of the lake. If you needed to go into town, Walmart, CVS and a few other stores are only about a 25 minute drive away which was so conveniant for food shopping for the week. There is a beautiful closed in porch which is my favorite place to have my morning coffee and watch all the early risers on their boats. We are coming back in July and can not wait!
