"The room can be a bit noisy if it faces the highway. I also wouldn’t recommend sleeping on the sofa bed, as it was very uncomfortable and quite loud. Overall, the room didn’t feel very clean. The breakfast was just okay, with only boiled eggs and bagels as the main options. Parking was very convenient"

"Everything was provided that one could possibly need and then some on the room. The grounds are impeccable with the most beautiful gardens. The lake view was beautiful and so relaxing from the front yard or from our own balcony. The employees were so pleasant and accommodating. Restaurants were lovely with delicious food. I will definitely return."

"This was our second time staying at RIT - we definitely preferred the executive room we had last time it was more updated and seemed cleaner (mostly just the tub had a bunch of grime and possibly black mold in the grout the rest of the room was ok just dated and still carpeted. Staff were friendly and check-in/out was easy. Kids were disappointed not to get to swim before we left as we didn't check pool hours for weekdays and the pool didn't open until 3pm. All in all though the hotel is in a nice, quiet area, rooms are spacious and a good distance from what we were doing so it is a top choice for our family to stay"

"Half was home from Maine the easy on and off highway options with great restaurants to choose from. Room was very clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple and easy. Only issue is the shower floor was slippery as was the bathroom floor because the fan wasn’t strong enough. Great place to stay the night for a road trip."
