"Rooms need updating and there is only 1 place that kids can eat. They have other restaurants in the hotel but you have to go through the casino which kids aren’t allowed to. Not a family friendly place . We stayed there as we were going to the New York State fair as it’s reasonable and 35 minutes away."

"This is the second time that my husband and I have been to this resort. We especially love how quiet it is and relaxing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Leslie at the front desk was excellent. Every night they lit a fire pit right by the water edge. The swimming pool was clean and they had two new cabanas to sit in this year. Thursday night there was a live band on the property. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely be back next year."

"Staff was great, restaurant was great (at the one end of hotel but you can get there through the inside). Nice bar across from restaurant, prices were fair based on NY Finger Lakes Region. Plenty of on-site parking close by. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Exterior grounds were a little messy based on the seagulls (feathers and doodoo). Nice outdoor patio and seating by restaurant. Easy access to the main road and close by restaurants. Would definitely go back."

"This is a historic hotel in an historic town. Perfect fit. Wonderful room and wonderful hosts. I see all the reviews are either 10 or 2. If you're expecting a modern Hilton, you will be disappointed. But, if you want a real experience, stay here! Everything is walkable from here, Women's Rights location is next door, It's a Wonderful Life Museum just around the corner. Lots of good food nearby."

"Nice place to stay. Pickle courts are layed out strange but playable. The restaurant was great one night and average the second night. Great young staff. Also, no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes… very strange."
