"Very nice place, overall. New and new construction nearby (dust); they’re still ironing-out some kinks, but cute cottages, clean, nicely styled and furnished with great outdoor amenities. Staff are friendly and welcoming, but still getting into a groove. Once the final details are squared-away, will be Excellent!"

"The house is spacious, nicely furnished and charming with views as well as access to the water with a nice outdoor table, chairs and an umbrella for sitting outside. Our host Patrick was extremely responsive and a delight to meet.Although it did not present an issue for us; there is only one bathroom on the main floor with the bedrooms upstairs. Not surprising for an older home but helpful to know.One of the most appealing features is the quiet; the house is located on a farm at the end of a road and you neither hear nor see neighbors. It was an ideal location from which to explore the lovely town of Greenport."
