"We had a great time staying within 10 uber of all things Philly. We reunited with family at the house. Ordered food in, went out, played games and slept well. This home checked all the boxes for our purpose of visiting. Great times for a big group! We will rent again here if it’s available. "

"I’ve had many vacation rentals over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the start, the host was incredibly rude, speaking to me in a nasty and disrespectful manner. A simple misunderstanding quickly escalated because of how he handled it—rather than trying to clarify or resolve the issue, he made us leave the property altogether.We never even got to spend the night we had paid for, and to make matters worse, he was dishonest about who actually owned the...

"I really am going to try to let Vrbo make this right, but I doubt that will happen. The listing for this place was pretty disingenuous. This will likely be my first and last time using this app. Though the host was responsive and polite, and did come out the first night to switch on an AC unit, the property did not have central air. "Seems updated from our last visit, accommodations are vert good. Very quiet, bathroom very well maintained and bed was very comfortable. Very happy with the facilities, all staff and team. Parking is a severe problem. You have to pay and walk 3 to 4 blocks if you do not use valet, which we prefer not to. We could tolerate the issue if we did not have to pay 25.00 overnight. Thank you."

"We loved the large room and the beautiful view of the church across the street. The only problem was the shower head which kept sliding down the pole and we had trouble figuring out how to get the cold water to work. However, overall we really enjoyed our stay.
