Very convenient location near the train station. The staff are all very helpful and one of the receptionist can speak Chinese, making communication easier. The bed and pillow are super comfortable, I enjoy my stay very much!

Allocated a room on the high floor facing the other side of town. Not much of view but can see the mountain range in a clear day. Very pleased with the large bathroom! Breakfast was very good, a lot of local produce. Very Japanese style. The hotel is connected to a convenient store which makes it even better.

Great location, clean & comfortable & convenience store downstairs. Stay very helpful. Room key system a bit unusual. Small rooms but comfortable not enough room to unfold large suitcase. Difficult for 2 people sharing. Ecxcellent bathrooms.

It is the second time I made a mistake and stayed here... I have paid extra for late checkout, guess what; the late checkout time is 11:00 Are you kidding me. Most other hotels regular checkout time is 11:00-12:00 At this hotel, the late checkout time is 11:00 I do not recommend to stay in such hotels with really bad checkout time policy. People should boycott hotels like that.

Super convenient location. Internet speed is very usable. Only 3 laundry units located on the 7th floor...pro tip, use the 3rd unit from the door. The other machines don't seem to dry particularly well with a normal load of clothes. However you can add up to 90min of dry time (100¥/30min). Might want to avoid the rooms next to the elevators too....you definitely hear the dinging.
