"If you want to take a step off the beaten track in Japan this is a very good option. The hotel is situated in a very good place to explore the Kyoto on Sea area (this is not Kyoto city). The Hotel will send a minibus at certain times of day to pick new visitors up from the railway station. The hotels offers visitors free bike hire for 4 hours and is relatively close to the bus route for exploring other parts of the area. As this is not a city you are limited in the immediate area for places...

"Great beach house, modern and clean. A perfect place for a restful getaway. We stayed there for a couple of nights and appreciated the location, the views and how easy it was overall to get there and get checked in. Highly recommended if you are thinking of going to Tottori."
