"The best place. Friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond for us. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. We had breakfast and kickbacks. Popcorn. We will make this our place to stay every visit. My service dog was treated like a king. Also, there was a great spot for shopping and dining near the hotel that avoid major roads."

"The staff very accommodating !!! Unfortunately there are roaches but generally clean . Breakfast was ok . Shopping mall right behind facility and very fun to walk through Dillard . My young adult kids enjoyed the shopping . Parking very nice and easy and close to the Ford center !!! "

"Few nights for a work conference that was hosted at the hotel. Other than the pillows, there was not a single other thing that I did not find to be perfect really. Location adj. to the mall with an entrance made it unique and convenient. Great shopping and restaurants all around. Really excellence place!"

"No awning when dropping off passengers. Manager parks their car out front of the building so no one can pull in. Needed extra pillows and blankets and had to call multiple times. "

"This is one of the best Marriott hotels. It is very well managed and maintained. The lobby space is very nicely laid out with places to sit, watch sports on one of the many TVs and the bar is phenomenal. Starbucks is attached with a nice patio space as well. Walk to the Shops at Legacy and enjoy a nice stroll around the lake, a nice way to unwind and enjoy the evening. Great location as well being right off of 2 major highways that offer quick access to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. "
