"My original room did not have AC. The Safeway’s broke and other things were not good. It’s not right to go to your $300+ room and have to pass a bunch of dirty dishes, linens and a bed"
"The pool was freezing cold. The space in the room was super small and there was hardly any lights. The shower water was only slightly warm. The room needs some serious maintenance: door was squeaky and near breaking. Some of the walls plaster was coming off. Finally the Dar was really hard to find, hidden in a dark corner of the medina with no signs outside. The dar overall is nice but the rooms are overcharged for what you get. Breakfast is the same as usual across Tunisia. "
"Location is awesome, food was great. And staff was amazing. Only thing I dislike was the onboarding, we had to fill up this form which could have been done by them by taking this information from our passports, secondly check-in was 2pm but we had to wait till 4ish"
"The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful; making it feel like it was truly our home for the time being. We were disappointed the restaurant was not available that evening as we had read good reviews. Our breakfast was very nice. We did not take advantage of the spa or hammam. It was a peaceful and very beautiful space. "
