"I loved the location. We walked out the door to streets filled with places to eat and shop. The manager was very pleasant, and she offered to give us a larger room if we ever returned. We were happy to get a room since this was for a Saturday night and a last minute trip to Palermo. The breakfast was very good and more than enough. "

"I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The girl that did check-in was super friendly and helpful and made me breakfast to take to my room for the next day due to being an early check-out prior to normal breakfast times.
