We enjoyed the stay so much we extended three times. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is buffet stile and plentiful, the rooms are modern and generous. Parking off road was available. Excellent value for money.

Convenient Stay Near Trabzon Airport I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was very close to Trabzon Airport, which was perfect for my early morning flight. The cleanliness was fine, nothing exceptional, but the room itself was very big and comfortable. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport, this hotel does the job well!

We arrived off the bus at 8am and were shown to our room even though check in wasn’t until 2pm! This was great as we were able to freshen up for the day. It’s right next to the bus station which is very convenient and easy to get into the city.

My stay at Turkler was great. The staff were welcoming and lovely. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had few options to choose from which was good. Our room faced the street, and on a few occasions, we could hear traffic at night. I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or one facing the courtyard for a quieter experience.

I do like some of the staff not all when it comes to customers service and the attention, they need more training how to handle issue, from the house keeping Huda and her mother are the greatest team and customers service skill happy for them for the extra miles. Also Reem have the great customer service skill. Thank you

Otel çok merkezi konumda, oldukça temizdi. Kaldığımız oda 1+1 şeklinde 5 kişilik ve çok büyüktü. 2 tv, 2 klima gayet yeterli, banyosu güzel ve temizdi. Çalışanlar çok samimi ve yardımcı, kahvaltı oldukça zengindi. Fiyat/performans olarak mükemmel.

Biz 5 kişilik bir aile olarak konakladık Odamız seçimimiz ile aynıydı Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve cana yakınlar. Kahvaltı bekletimize göre iyiydi ve ablamız çok sevecen di. Genel olarak 5 kişi hem fiyat performansı açısından hem de oda düzeni olarak memnun ayrıldık.

Aile tatilimizde 5 kişi konakladık. Açıkçası 5 kişi kahvaltı fiyatına hem konakladık hem kahvaltı yaptık. Fiyat o kadar uygun ki acaba fotoğraflar doğru değil mi diye insan korkuyor ancak fotoğraflar doğru. Eşyalar gayet yeni. Güzel döşenmiş. Banyo yeni. Otel son derece temiz. Rahatsız edecek hiçbir leke vs görmedim. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Yeri otogarın tam karşısı. Ulaşımı oldukça kolay. Park sorunu da yaşamadık. Kalmayı düşünenlere kesinlikle öneririm. Pişman olmayacağınız bir otel. Bir sonraki Trabzon ziyaretimde kesinlikle burayı düşünürüm.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn man mit dem Auto in Trabzon unterwegs ist, kann man auf jeden Fall sich ein Zimmer Buchen. Mit dem Auto ist fast alles sehr gut und schnell vom Hotel aus erreichbar. Der Service ist auch sehr nett vor allem die Damen in der Küche. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man hat reichlich Auswahl.
