5/5 Excellent
"This is very convenient to SEMV factory. It is a 20 minute walk or a 50k VND cab ride if you want to get there in 5min. Lots of cabs available near the Hotel.
Lots of quick dining options available. Some even very late at night. Some of my co-workers make the hour plus trip back to Hanoi every night and there is nothing open around their downtown high rise hotel.
The neighborhood might not be for everyone. Nothing fancy here. The karaoke next door is a little loud. There are tiny streets, small shops and restaurants, street food, children playing and a very good barber across the street. It is a very homey, friendly, and safe feeling in the neighborhood.
The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. They make you feel like a VIP and a friend. Google translate takes care of anything that can't be communicated.
The Hotel is clean and roomy. The AC works well. The Peltier cooler fridges are not super cold. There is an electric tea kettle. Enough US style outlets. I don't think they are 115V. Don't plug in anything that it is not rated for 220V 50Hz."
