"Nice hotel. Good location, about 15 minute walk from the old town or a quick ride on the tram. Good front of house staff. Room was nice. Coffee in the bar was lovely. Only quibbles would be: - could do with some more comfy seats in the bar area - we had a room at the front left corner of the hotel and there was loud music (bass) from we assume a nearby bar/club that went on past 11pm - they closed the whole bar area one evening for a private event which I felt was a bit off. There should be a separate area for private events and not restrict the comfort of all other guests "

"Excellent service at the hotel from Oksana. My bus from Belarus crossed the border earlier than expected, but I was accommodated at the hotel without waiting for the official check-in time. The rooms are clean, cozy, and in a great location, and the public bus from the hotel to the airport runs on schedule. Travel is inexpensive."

The staff was very kind and helpful, they were ready to jump to help when we encountered difficulties due to an error of a member in our group. The breakfast was fresh and adequate. The price was reasonable for the room and service. Will recommend this hotel."
