"There were many aspects that didn’t quite work out. The elevator was broken down, and apparently there was one in the back but no one showed us the way. Our radiator in our room was crazy warm, and there was no way to turn it off. When I went to reception, there wasn’t anyone down there for 5 minutes, and then he proceeded to condescendingly tell me there was a thermostat (there wasn’t). Ultimately he brought us a fan. If street noise is a dealbreaker for you, I’d choose elsewhere."

"Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our rental car and the concierge went above and beyond anything we could have expected to help us. Rooms were beautiful extremely quiet. Beds were very comfortable and room was very spacious. Location is amazing. Right in the heart of the nightlife with great pubs, restaurants and shopping. Killarney is a very walkable city and this hotel makes a great location as a base to go see the National Park, Mucross, or even taking a drive to Dingle. Highly recommend "

"Beyond expectations. We were spoiled like a king and queen, along with our son. Sandra, the host/owner was beyond gracious. The top hotel staff in NYC couldn’t shine her shoes. "This is a tough review since our previous stay was at a 5 star hotel. Facility was nice but parking was scarce, even though the hotel is in an open area. The rooms was clean, but nothing special. We didn’t partake in any spa treatments. I liked the lobby and dining room. Overall a decent hotel, just nothing extravagant."

"An amazing experience from start to finish and the perfect location in Tralee within walking distance to city centre. Bar service was great with reasonable prices and breakfast was one of the best we have had in Ireland as well. Definitely will be the only hotel we choose for future Tralee and Kerry trips."
