"We came into Taos from Santa Fe and was quite confused about the hotel address. I was able to get in touch with the office, but not having been there before, was confused with the directions. I went to the desk several times with questions. The lady was patient with us, but it would have helped to have been able to see a map of the site online. "

"Felt safe. Traveled with kids, so that was important. Must deposit $100 cash, which I got back when I checked out. Room was clean. Shower was powerful and hot. Had a few issues with the TV and sink drain, but overall not a big deal. It is noisy there, but not terrible."

"This was once a nice place. Owner is a cheapskate, won't spend money on necessary repairs. The staff is as helpful as they can be given the circumstances. Office is not manned at night, if you have a problem yer out of luck. Linens are threadbare. None of the services advertised online are available."
