"Ngoc is the main reason we loved this place . She is a very nice person despite of Barrier of language. The location is quiet very good view not so far from touristic sites by grab ( 10-15 min) . I recommend it for sure as one the best value for money option in Ninh Binh"

"Loved this retreat, we woke first morning to water buffalo outside the balcony, and saw fireflies the second night. We used the free bikes to cycle around the rice fields and get to local attractions easily. Breakfast was local and ok. Staff were great, bring a torch for wandering the area at night as some parts are not lit."

Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. I was contacted after I made the booking to explain that there had been an overbooking and I was offered to stay at the family’s other homestead just down the road. "Our family of 4 (includes 2 teenagers) really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful family run homestyle type hotel. Located in small village surrounded by limestone mountains, the view from balcony is lovely. Old bikes are provided free of charge so we took off exploring the countryside. You can ride to Trang An and Mua Cave and walk to local restaurants at night. There is also a rooftop pool. Rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need.
