"The property is clean and reasonably well kept. However it appears that they're trying to save money by putting in the smallest IKEA bulbs in the room so older people like us can't see our stuff at night. The AC remember the didn't work so we used the default fan function. When we got back after dinnerz the AC fan was still running but displayed error E5. The room cooled down by about 02:00. We won't be back."

"The staff were excellent and very helpful, rooms were very clean even though quite basic. We had a balcony, which was pleasant to use in the evening. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from both the railway station and town centre. Parking looked a little limited so consider public transport. Breakfast was good but a little more selection from the coffee machine would have been welcomed as would a little more choice on food front, limited hot food choice and only natural yoghurt, a few different flavours would be a useful addition. Definitely recommend this hotel and Sibiu itself is a must see."

"Beautiful, comfortable room. The only suggestion I have is to change the locks on the doors. You need a key to lock it from the inside and open it from the inside. This will turn out very bad if there were to be an emergency."

"This is a nice hotel in as great location. The staff was very accommodating, and the parking was safe and secure. The room was small but adequate. The bed was very comfortable."
