"When I arrived at the lobby of the apartment, the desk security knew nothing of my arrival. The phone number of the host was not answered when called. Trying to resolve this VRBO staff could not contact the host. I was then refunded my payment which hardly compensated me being left standing in the lobby with my suitcase in a foreign country to find another place to stay. I will soon check to see if this host is still offering to rent their unit. If they are then it means that VRBO isn’t doing...

"The apartment is very nice. A little smaller than what we had hoped but otherwise very clean, modern and cozy! Host were very responsive when we needed them and and nice enough to recommend a few spots to eat and hang out. Would stay again in the future."

"Super comfortable stay, cable with American channels hot water and 24 hours security with many coffee shops in the neighborhood. Twenty minute walk to parque Boliva and supermarket Exito. No issues at all walking the neighborhood after dark. Would definitely stay there again. "
