Hotel simple mais très correct pour le prix. Le petit plus : un distributeur de plats frais (Foodle) dans le hall pour diner sur le pouce. Le moins : la fenetre ouverte à l'arrivée que fait que la chambre mets plus d'une heure pour atteindre une température acceptable.

Vaut son prix

Chambre simple mais agréable et propre. Il faisait un peu frais en arrivant car la fenêtre était restée ouverte. Pour finir, dommage qu'il s'agisse d'une chambre twin plutôt qu'une chambre double.

accueil du personnel impeccable il y a toujours quelqu'un pour te renseigner à toute heure de la journée. Personnel aimable. Je n'ai pas aimé dormir dans les mêmes draps 4 jours d'affilés surtout avec des traces de saleté du à un moustique écrasé pendant la nuit.

Les chambres ne sont pas propres, traces de verre sur les tables, literie qui sentent la cigarette, la moisissure dans les salles de bain, ... et la réception qui vient taper à la porte à 11h20 pour nous prévenir qu il faut libérer la chambre à 11h30 alors que sur la réservation il est écrit 12h00.....

Chambre très simple, mobilier de la chambre Vieux, chasse d'eau cassé et surtout énormément de bruit de 1h à 6h du matin dans les couloirs. Les gens se baladent personne ne surveille ou vient demander moins de bruit. Groupe de jeune qui changent de chambre toutes les 10sec , autant vous dire que 6 portes qui claquent en 1min tout ça pendant 5h avec des rires de filles très fort etc ça rend fou. Soit il faut mettre des bouchons aux portes pour pas qu'elles claquent ou soit mettre quelqun de plus sévère pour surveiller l'hôtel. Ou interdire l'hôtel aux groupes de jeunes en tout cas les mettre quelque part ou ils generont personne

Very poor with no resolution frm hotel and Expedia

Disgusting and Dirty and undergoing renovation. No alternative offered and no refund. Expedia have taken 9 days and not offered a complete refund. The pictures of the rooms do not match the rooms they put you in and there was no warning of the renovations works. A very very poor experience from the hotel and Expedia. We had to book alternative accommodation and carry the cost!

Dreadful- Undergoing Renovation

This hotel was mis-sold The images on Expedia were not the rooms available. The hotel was going through renovation works yet we were not notified about this. Hotel was difficult about the refund despite not being able to offer suitable alternative accommodation. Expedia were as useful as a chocolate tea pot- I experienced a 3 hour wait time in their call centre and the resolution was totally unsatisfactory.

C'est la dernière fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. - bruyant ( l'hôtel était loin d'être complet, mais on nous a quand même mis juste à côté de personnes qui ont fait la fête jusqu'à 2h du matin avec de la musique très forte !! Pourquoi n'avons nous pas eu une chambre sans voisins ??) - WC cassés - odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain qui envahissait toute la chambre ( odeur d'égout) - dérangement de la femme de ménage avant 12h !! ( Ce n'est pas la première fois. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil mais visiblement rien n'a été fait ) - pas de carte " ne pas déranger " - taxe de séjour payée alors que jusqu'ici je ne l'ai jamais payée !! ( Même si c'est une somme minime, par principe, je ne vois pas pourquoi cela a changé brusquement ) Le personnel de l'hôtel à changé ! Ce ne sont plus les mêmes qu'avant. C'est bien dommage car ils étaient très accueillants et soucieux de notre bien être durant le séjour !!

Séjour au BALLADINS TRAPPES

Mon séjour s'est bien déroulé ! Accès un peu difficile mais tres grand parking ! Le repas du soir a été ...EXCEPTIONNEL ! Goûteux, assiette très garnie, viande cuite "comme à la maison" et servi par un personnel au Top ! Le petit dejeuner aussi était bien varié ! Bonne continuation !

PREMIERE ET DERNIERE FOIS

Le ménage laisse à désirer, douche casser une attente de 10 min pour pouvoir se laver à l'eau chaude, radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas. Beaucoup de bruits donc du mal à m'endormir et le ponpon la femme de ménage qui débarque à 9h je lui demande de repasser pour 12h malgrés ça elle est revenue 3 fois j'avais l'impression de me sentir chassé enfin bref je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Le seul point positif à été l'accueil à la réception.

À mon arrivée l'employé n est pas capable de prendre ma réservation faite en ligne... Ensuite chambre petite, bruyante, salle d'eau sale, les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas et il n'y a pas d eau chaude... Un cauchemar
