"Great location, only a few minutes' walk to the Palace. However, for the caliber, and price, this hotel was a major disappointment.
The A/C is either not working (most public areas, elevators and fitness center), or not useful in the bedrooms, since the units are installed only in the entry to the sleeping rooms, no airflow in the bedroom.
Staff, both front desk and housekeeping, are barely there and answered their phones only about 20% of the time we tried to ring. Maintenance of the property has been neglected and the aging shows - broken light fixtures, shower heads, worn/dirty carpets etc.
If not for the location, I would rate this hotel even lower and tell others to avoid entirely!"
