Field Trip Unit 16 GeoDome

  • Field Trip is a unique, 23-unit Glampground in Travelers Rest, SC. All of our units have access to our Lodge, bathrooms, and extensive amenities. Unit 16 is a spacious Geo Dome tucked back in the woods, perfect for two people. Features a queen sized bed with an option for an additional twin cot for a max capacity of 3 ppl. Heat & AC, luxury bedding, coffee maker, seating area, private outdoor fire pit.
    *This unit is located on top of a hill. Guests must be able to walk up a steep incline.
    **This is not a dog-friendly unit, though we have other geo domes that are.

Took our daughter Glamping for her first time and got to roast marshmallows. She had an awesome time and did not want to leave. Very relaxing.

The dome was clean and cozy upon arrival with all amenities functioning properly. The host maintenance worker was present and kind through the afternoon and evening. Thank you so much and God bless.

Great location! We had a ton of fun in the unit. Bed was very comfortable. The view out the window was wonderful. Air conditioning on a hot night was essential...so glad the unit had it. We could not see any other units from the bed. It felt like we had the forest to ourselves. Shared bathroom, gift shop, and shower on the site were very clean. It was a short walk to the community building from the unit.Take a chance, glamping was a wonderful experience!
