Our condo is on the campus of a huge restoration of a 19th century hospital. Many shops, restaurants, wineries and coffee shops all within a short walking distance. Only one mile to downtown Traverse City and the nearest West Bay beaches.

The unit has a one-car garage. Additional parking, if required, is available in public lots a very short walk from the condo. The condo is ADA ready except for a 3" threshold between the main bathroom floor and the walk-in shower floor.


Guest access
The whole condo and garage are available to the guests. Entrance and main bath are barrier free and wheelchair accessible.
