This modern condo in the heart of downtown Traverse City offers an open concept living space and is adorned with contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals.

Alternatively, you'll be just steps away from the city's best restaurants and other attractions like shopping, beaches, marina, festivals, outdoor trails, and other entertainment options. Go on a short drive to local wineries, golf excursions, and ski resorts.

At the end of the day, a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps 4. There’s also a pack & play, and high chair for the little ones. Bathroom essentials and towels are provided. A washer and dryer is included in the unit for your convenience.

With its prime location and contemporary charm, this condo offers the ultimate urban retreat for your next getaway to experience all that the world-renowned Traverse City has to offer.

Other Things to Note: The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Guests will need to ascend 3 flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the building.

You will be provide one (1) parking tag for a designated parking space on the lot across the street. This is included in your booking with no extra fees. You may park here overnight.

The condo was great. It is in great shape, nicely decorated, and well stocked. Location was perfect. Right downtown, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. What a lovely condo! Tastefully decorated with a modern flair that felt so comfortable and homey. It felt like the host really thought through what guests may need and appreciate : makeup mirror in bathroom, makeup remover wipes, extra pillows, sound machine, umbrellas, plenty of hangers in the closet for clothes, etc. It’s a fantastic location and the free parking was a breeze.
