The room was very clean and staff very friendly. The facility is really best for families, kids all over the place, which is fun. They had them all dancing in the lobby having a blast one evening when I got back to the hotel.

The pool was awesome, huge hot tub and the kids loved it. The parking situation is a little weird though because you need wristbands in order to get in and out, otherwise you have to pay 20 dollars. We had someone in our party come late so at 1 am I had to wake-up and walk outside of the gate to hand them their wristband in order for them to get in. A few minutes after that while at the front desk, I heard on the employee radio that I was a suspicious person for doing so. So thats fun. Overall though it was an exciting stay for the kids

The room was nice although I've had just as nice a lower priced hotels. Great Wolf is geared for entraining children. The water park is for kids. It is expensive at $320 a night, plus $20 to park your car ( was I supposed to walk ther?).

i loved the stay and the water park but me and my kids only stayed for one night and we got there around 4 and the waterpark closes at 8. so we went to the water park as soon as we got there and we waited in line for 10-15 minutes each time because they only had 1 person running 3 water slides. and they shut down the family slide! so basically we only got to ride slides for two hours at most. AND our connection in the room was terrible. it kept glitching the entire time. we did enjoy the comfortable beds and how they had an arcade and desert place on the property. overall we had an amazing time i just think that they need to hire more people and they need to up their wifi game!

Two 9 year old boys loved the water park. And lots of other activities, many of which like yoga or crafts are free. The popular ones like bowling, mini golf and the arcade are costly however. Paying $20 a day (plus 6% sales tax!) to park on top of already steep room rates is ridiculous given the location and huge parking lots! Makes no sense except as a money grab.

The lifeguards have really upped their game!! They are very watchful and they are constantly counting how many people are in a certain area. I really appreciate that as most water parks don’t do that. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
