Excellent location, right in heart of town. Comfortable beds, but rooms and hotel could use a good scrubbing. Elevators are wonky, did not use pool. Exterior doors were non-functioning for part of our stay, but were locked at night and blocked off for security. But truly FANTASTIC LOCATION!

Been years since we stayed at Park Place...had an excellent 3 night stay, very accommodating for our late arrival and request to have our two rooms close together! Front desk staff excellent, dining room dinner and breakfast stay excellent, very nice manager and food very good! Excellent convenient parking & ramp for scooter entry. We hope to stay again next year! ONLY downside was the main elevator was not functioning and understand has not been fixed for quite a while, other than that, a great stay and love how close it is to downtown for my husbands scooter! THANK YOU PARK PLACE!!! Nearly forgot...love the GIFT SHOP!!!

The room was exactly how it was described, and we loved always having a parking space downtown. It wasn’t a worry of where we are going to park for the night. Great walking distance to a lot of places too! We will definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at Park Place many times over the years, it is conveniently located downtown and allows walking to most of the bars, restaurants and entertainment. However, the lack of upkeep and overall aesthetic is becoming hard to justify spending what they charge a night when newer hotels are a few blocks away. Atter checking in, we found the main elevator in the tower was out of service and all customers must share the service elevator with staff. More than once we had to wait for more than one cycle of the elevator due to it being full or only with a couple people and housekeeping laundry bins. After getting to the room, there was a notice that daily housekeeping is no longer offered at Park Place. You can of course call the desk if you need anything, but over $300 a night and no daily cleaning is unacceptable.

We have stayed there many times before. While the room is comfortable, and it’s location is superb, this trip included the main elevator not working, so if you wanted to go to the rooftop deck, you had to walk up a flight of stairs, the ice machine on our floor was out, and the credit card functioning in the restaurant was also not working. It felt like they just gave up on quickly fixing any of these issues.

We got upgraded to a corner room with windows on the two sides and great views. The roof top bar area isn't open for families with kids, which is a shame. The pool was bigger than expected. It's a great location near the main downtown shops and the park along the shore.
