  • Gorgeous sunrise view of an all sports lake. This charming 2 story home has 2 living rooms and 4 exterior patio decks great for summer entertaining. There are views of the lake from most of the rooms. The lower level is a walk-out with some steps down to the beach. Lake bottom is sandy. Located on a private road 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City. This house makes a great 2 family rental with a bunk room for the kids!
