The Space:
Relax in style with the stunning interiors of this contemporary condo. The property comfortably accommodates 6 guests with two spacious bedrooms each with queen-sized beds and a full-sized pull-out couch in the living room.

The condo's stylish, fully equipped kitchen features brand new, top-of-the-line appliances. Enjoy cooking at home and eat on one of our four barstools, or enjoy a sunset dinner in the private rooftop lounge area.

The comfortable living area boasts plush seating, a large flat-screen TV for entertainment, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. We also offer secure parking in the garage for your convenience. *This condo only has parking for one car*

Perhaps the condo's standout feature is the private rooftop and lounge area. This incredible space provides panoramic views of downtown and West Bay. Start your day with a rooftop coffee or end your evenings with a glass of local wine under the stars.

Positioned in downtown Traverse City, our condo places you within a short stroll of several restaurants and bars. Located right next to the iconic Folgarelli’s deli and the infamous North Peak Restaurant and Brewery. Also, just a half a mile to West End Beach, where you can play volleyball, relax in the sun, or take a walk through the open space.

*Please note that there is a one stall car garage that fits a vehicle no longer than 19ft.*

Great Stay in TC

Outstanding host!

Location was great, we biked all around town. Condo was very clean. I lost my wedding ring down an air vent after knocking it off a nightstand, maintenance arrived immediately and was able to find my ring!! Above and beyond and forever grateful.

Clean and comfortable, close to everything!

This new, clean unit was the perfect place for us to make our home-base on a recent trip to Traverse City. Downtown and the waterfront were just a few short blocks away. We started every morning with a walk to a different coffee shop and spent our afternoons exploring the many local shops, wineries, and breweries. So many places to choose for dinner! We loved that we could bring our little dog with us to join the fun. Riley was an excellent host - so helpful and extremely responsive, even when we locked ourselves out of the house late one night!

Great location! We stayed here because it was pet friendly and a short walk to the beach. The problem was there was nowhere at the condo to hose off our dog and rinse sand off our feet. The space was clean except for some hairs on the pillow and sheets in the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small and the bed creaked when turning during sleep. I loved all the windows and rooftop sitting area but there were a couple more windows that needed curtains for privacy: laundry room and 2nd floor bathroom. The living area stated spacious, but it was small and it would've been more comfortable with a larger and more comfortable couch. Also, bring your own pans if you are cooking/making breakfast. The cookware was scraped up, and for us, not usable. Although there was one parking space, it was great that we had a garage and they gave a great rec for safe parking at an open air garage that was close. We were also able to park on the road most of the time.

Cherry Fest Stay

Great location for me and my family to stay for Cherry Fest. Just a short walk to whatever we wanted to do for the day. I think we only used our car once the entire stay due to the location.

We loved this place! Great location to the downtown area, good size, very clean and everything we needed to do some cooking. Would recommend Loco Boys Brewery. We also did some day trips to Empire and Petosky.

Very clean, nicely decorated, and had all basic needs. Conveniently located near everything. Helpful guestbook with restaurant recommendations provided. Could use more towels. If traveling with a larger group consider bringing a few towels. Garage is very small. Our SUV barely fit. We had to open garage door and pull out slightly in order to open back hatch door of SUV. May have a parking problem if you have a large vehicle.
