"We had four adults and three young teenagers and the layout of the house and bedrooms was perfect to accommodate us all - comfortable beds with good quality and quiet air conditioners. The kitchen is very well stocked with a large fridge and enough plates, platters and cooking utensils and glasses for a large group. (But be sure to bring your own food across with you from Noosa, as there is only one very small shop over there, only carrying the basics.) The house is quiet and away from others...

"Property was clean, super comfy beds with great bedding. Ceiling fans were helpful, no need to use the a/c. We used the little pool and tennis court whilst there, which was great for the kids. Recently refurnished we had read as recently refurbished, this doesn't take away from the property but be sure on your expectations. "Our 2nd time here. We've stayed many dog-friendly places and this is our favourite. The house is beautiful and so relaxing for us - it's very clean and has everything. The furkids have their own area outside for... you know what etc. and then a tremendous, big paddock to run in with us. There are caretakers next door, who are gorgeous, friendly people. "Well, you don't know what you are going to get when you book online but we were SO pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful, relaxing time on Tim and Megan's property. The tiny house was a real treat! You see them on TV but to be in one was so fun - beautiful views from every window. 3 friendly dogs (very well behaved), cows, chickens, roosters, ducks, kookaburras, willy wagtails, crickets, stars, fire ring, dam, immaculately kept property! "Great location, good service and facilities. EXCEPT for in room media. A niceTV but with NO internet connected downloaded options such as catch up iview, sbs etc, let alone netflix etc. Only TV direct and very basic foxtel. Needed for those rainy days. This was not spelt out in the booking details. Why not? This is taken for granted these days, especially in places like Sebel. Otherwise very good."
