"The staff is the best part we’ve noticed how Fijians go above and beyond for those visiting. We loved the kindness and warm welcome we would definitely stay again. Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was the smell in the room the damp conditions make it difficult I’m sure but it had a muggy smell. Loved the food (dinner and breakfast). Thank you for having us! "This resort has a good staff that is committed to you having an enjoyable stay. I like the amount of free water toys available. There is a reef on the west end that is good for snorkeling, it does have number of jelly fish, but their sting is very mild. There is boat traffic so you need to swim and snorkel within a designated area. The dinning is on the East side so if your room is on the west side you could be in for a lot of walking. They have a lot of little activities all day like crab races or fire dancing to keep you busy. "

"I has high expectation since it was a Double Tree we frequent Double Trees in the USA. We arrived by boat and there was no attendant at the dock. We pulled our bags all the way to the office to find the front desk overwhelmed. We purchased an ocean view bure, the room was in the back with "the view being a narrow space between two buildings. There is no beach at this hotel just a rock wall. No free internet at your room. The food was slow to prepare and tasted bad. My daughter got sick in the bed and we had to call the front desk 3 times to get fresh sheets. You have to take a boat to get to the road and the only cabs available there are run by the hotel at an inflated rate. The pool was nice and the rooms were big and clean."

"After spending a week at one of the Yasawa islands it was a great treat to spend a day at this resort and before we headed out to our next island. Pool was great, room was great and the food was great. Also close to the airport if you need to catch an early flight. Would stay here again. "

"No beach! Not bad parking. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly, but then so is everyone in Fiji. The biggest downer was that there is no beach any where near, and we need a car or public transport to get to it"

"New modern facilities, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made you feel like family. Free street parking which was very convenient. There was even a desk at the hotel where you could book excursions. The beach was right at your doorstep "
