"Front desk didn't inform me there was no elevator for me to get to my room on the second floor until I asked where it was. I had to drag my heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. I was not given the option for a 1st floor room. He quickly (talking fast) told me where to find breakfast in the morning before moving on to the next check in. I do not recommend this hotel. The carpet smells bad, is dirty and has soft spots in front of the door and between the • bed and dresser. Loud band playing nearby until 11 PM. Someone knocked on my door at 9:20 PM and said they had a delivery for me. I'm not opening the door. I didn't ask for a delive me to get to my room on the second floor until I asked where it was. "I reserved my stay on Expedia and upon arrival the hotel staff were very confused and wanted to charge me again and trying to prove I didn’t reserve online as I’m showing them the confirmation email and all. Along with the already charged bank statement from Expedia. After getting my key the room smelt horrible. Woke up sick to my stomach and cough. It’s 80 degrees outside and I have the flu. How?"
