Warm villa in height with terrace 60 m2 and panoramic view on the bay of Trebeurden 200 m from the port and the 2 most beautiful beaches. The most beautiful site of the pink granite coast facing west and south.
The house has 5 bedrooms all with views a 'boat cabin' with 2 beds, all representing up to 14 beds. the modularity of the volumes makes the house pleasant even at 2, and in this hypothesis we ask about a special rate per person except high season.
Beach, ballads (the Milliau island is reached by feet at low tide), shellfish fishing or sea excursion, everything can be done on foot including races within 5 minutes.
Dirt road and steep private climb to reach the house. 3 to 4 car locations.

Quel panorama !

La localisation est exceptionnelle avec une vue unique dont on profite de la terrasse mais aussi de la pièce à vivre qui est très agréable. La maison est bien pensée mais l’isolation laisse vraiment à désirer. La maison craque au moindre pas, et on profite du bruit des autres! Prévoir les boules Quies! Et la rambarde de la terrasse est branlante, ce qui présentait un danger pour notre petit de 3 ans. Ces bémols ne nous empêchent pas d’avoir déjà envie de revenir !

En première ligne de la tempête Ciaran

La maison est splendide, la vue imprenable, la localisation on ne peut mieux. Nous avons essuyé la tempête Ciaran la nuit du mercredi au jeudi. Il y a eu des dégâts légers sur la maison mais importants dans le quartier avec une panne totale d'électricité nous poussant malheureusement à quitter vendredi matin la maison à la place du samedi faute d'eau chaude et de chauffage (13⁰ dans la maison). Mon seul regret revient aux propriétaires qui à aucun moment n'ont pris des nouvelles de manière directe. C'est regrettable et négligent compte tenu de l'ampleur de la situation et relayée en boucle aux informations. Prendre soins de ses hôtes ça fait aussi partie de l'esprit location. Sans que vous en fassiez la demande j'ai pris le soin de vous transmettre de suite des photos et et de vous énumérer la liste des dégâts.

Votre maison est parfaite pour 2 familles. Elle est aménagée de façon à ne pas se marcher dessus. La vue est exceptionnelle et l’emplacement également. Le centre à 2 minutes à pied et la mer également. Je recommande et j’espère à l’année prochaine.

Belle situation dominant le port. Très calme Pièce de vie répondant exactement aux attentes d’un groupe d’amis, grande table, grands espaces vitrés, et terrasse avec vue superbe. Maison louée pour la seconde fois et c'est toujours un vrai plaisir que de profiter d'une grande maison, lumineuse et chaleureuse! La vue est splendide que ce soit du salon ou des chambres... C'est une maison dans laquelle on se sent très vite chez soi! On s'y sent très bien accueillis grâce à la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Mathilde sans parler de ses délicieuses crêpes!!! Nous reviendrons! NB: location peut-être peu adaptée aux enfants en bas-âge (escalier/marches/rambarde étage)
