Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. - On the ground floor: entrance with cupboard, kitchen, living room, lounge, laundry room (with washer-dryer), bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), bathroom with shower, toilet. - Floor: mezzanine with office, two bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 2 single beds 90X190), sink area, toilet. - Outside : 10 m² terrace, 300 m² private garden. Parking your vehicles under carport or private courtyard (180 m²) Also at your disposal: a private, closed room of 5 m², to store your bicycles, water sports equipment or other items. Gîte located near the owners' home. A comfortable interior, a pretty decoration, this charming house has everything to seduce you and offers you a cocooning atmosphere. As for its location, it is ideally placed to discover all the charms of the Medieval City of Dinan (3.4 km). Come and discover an unparalleled medieval heritage and soak up the charm of this city's ramparts, without forgetting its always lively marina. Next door, don't forget to visit the small Cité de Caractère of Léhon (3.8 km). The location of the house is also perfect for discovering the Rance, on foot, by bike or by cruise boat. Sometimes river or maritime, its valley is discovered to the rhythm of the locks, the villages and typical ports which border it. Want some iodized air? Explore the Emerald Coast, 20 km away. Join the beautiful seaside resorts of Lancieux (26 km), Dinard (28 km), St Malo (38 km). Finally, an escape to Mont St Michel (60 km) may also be on the agenda!
