Ideale ligging
De woning is vlakbij het Como-meer gelegen, aan een redelijk drukke weg. Een plek om het meer in te duiken ligt binnen 100 m. De woning is, ondanks de drukke weg, qua geluid goed geïsoleerd. Beddengoed, handdoeken, vuilniszakken, handzeep en opstart-goodie aanwezig. Bedden liggen goed. Beide slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een goede ventilator. De woning was niet perfect schoon maar zeker niet vies te noemen. Het meubilair en dergelijke is ietwat verouderd. De bank zakt bijvoorbeeld hier en daar wat in, een bedrand in de "kinderslaapkamer" is doorgezakt/gebroken, het servies is bij elkaar gezocht (en niet al te ruim in aantal) en dergelijke maar dat heeft zeker ons vakantieplezier niet beïnvloedt. We hebben mede dankzij de ligging van dit fijne appartement een zeer prettige vakantie gehad. Vanaf Ossuccio, Lenno, Tremezzo tot aan Mennagio is wat ons betreft een van de mooiste stukken van het Como-meer. Tuurlijk zijn Bellagio, Como en Varenna prachtige plaatsjes om met de boot te bezoeken, maar voor verblijf is de westelijke kust het meest ideaal. We hebben, zeer tegen onze gewoonte in, de auto bijna niet gebruikt. Boot-, waterfiets en SUP-verhuur is lopend te bereiken evenals opstapplaatsen voor de diverse ferries. Eergelegenheden genoeg in de buurt en de supermarkt in Lenno voldeed ook aan onze eisen. Parkeren in stadjes kan een crime zijn, dus erg fijn dat veel te belopen is.

Belle vue
Appartement très bien agencé et vaste parfait pour une famille. Magnifique vue sur le lac et possibilité de faire des activités sans prendre la voiture. Le box privé est d’ailleurs très appréciable. La route principale en contre bas est assez bruyante. Andrea est très réactif si nécessaire.
