"Reported need to replace light bulbs in the ceiling lighting …room was not well-lit. Staff made note. One elevator was out of order. Staff was accommodating to answer questions and provide solutions. Parking was adequate and easily managed."

"The staff was incompetent. They tried to double charge me for the room on 2 separate occasions. They did charge another person twice that was in front of us for check in. The room was fine but, not as throughly cleaned as it should have been. Breakfast was ok."
