We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Milan. The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood with many positives. Quiet location, access to subway, taxi transportation, walking options. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more gracious and helpful, from check-in, assistance with reservations, and service - housekeeping and breakfast (delicious, especially the breakfast cakes). This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is spectacular. I recommend this hotel 100%.

It’s a very nice hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast Buffett is good. Our room was very nice and clean. It’s a bit far from the city center, but metro and tram are very close and convenient. Hotel location is better suited for business travelers but it worked for us too.
