Staff are AMAZING!

We arrived later than planned, dinner service finished at 9 but the staff were AMAZING and sorted 4 hungry chaps out, out of hours. They were brilliant. Having stayed in a different hotel for the last 2 weeks every night, this place was the highlight by a mile.

Personale molto preparato, cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato solo la prima sera e siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte. La camera molto pulita, spaziosa e luminosa. Molto soddisfatte anche del servizio spa e della pulizia della zona relax. Zona molto tranquilla e un po’ isolata, con 1 solo bar ristorante a disposizione al di fuori dell’hotel.

Buon Hotel, con qualche "anomalia"

All'arrivo, parcheggiamo in divieto di sosta. Solo dopo aver fatto il check-in scopriamo della possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel garage (pagando). Camera graziosa e pulita. Ma i letti sono singoli affiancati .... e scomodi. Televisione di 12 pollici (!!) in camera e .... guasta! (e non eravamo gli unici ospiti ad essere in questa condizione!) Minibar... vuoto. Per "riempirlo" è necessario chiedere in reception (?!?!) In estate, la zona non offre NULLA (se non aria fresca). Per la cena è quasi obbligatorio cenare in hotel. Attenzione: la SPA e la piscina si pagano!
