"We only give 2 stars just for location. It is just a few minutes walk to the city center Riva del Garda, supermarket, restaurants, and water. Before and on our arrival day, the owner did not send us any information about the check in the where to go and what to do. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the listing clearly stated there was A/C and there is not a single fan in the house, either. Google maps does not get you to the house, you have to keep on going and then back into the gated driveway or go past it and turn around. Very difficult to get a large vehicle into the driveway.
