"This is the second time we have stayed at the Barn. The location is incredible with the beautiful shoreline and its proximity to the park. We enjoyed hunting for shells and sand dollars, had a campfire, and cooked most meals in. We hiked trails in Acadia every day and took a trip to Schoodic. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again someday. "

"Hosts easy to deal with. Place was neat and as promised. Nice place as a base to visit this part of Maine. Did Acadia NP, Whale watch, toured a couple Lighthouse spots, Did Bangor Steven King tour, and Upstate Moosehead Lake with a short walk on the AT. All easy drives from the rental. "
