"Staff on site was great, from check-in to the restaurant staff. My only complaint is that I had emailed the front desk directly a week before our stay AND messaged them through hotels.com 3 days before our stay about potential for slightly early check in. They never responded and told me when I arrived that it would be $25, then also responded to the message at the same time through hotels.com. The hotel is in good shape, and it’s convenient to everything in the area."

The only real disappointment was that our room was on the west side of the building and when we checked in, in the late afternoon, the blinds had been left open and the sun had been baking the room all afternoon and it was nearly 80° in the room on top of the smell of"

"The staff and front desk were so kind and friendly! The hotel was clean and cozy and a great place to stay for a tigers game. The a/c did not seem to work, but there was a ceiling fan and oscillating fan that made it completely comfortable during your stay. Definitely recommend!"
