"Overall the hotel was very good. However what let it down was the wallpaper around the window was hanging off , the window was in a shocking state, I think the layers of paint had been put on with a knife and fork( maybe a little exaggerated) The breakfast was amongst the BEST I have had in a very long time -fab sausages, excellent quality bacon, very nicely cooked mushrooms and delicious black pudding- first class Unfortunately there was extensive road works going on outside - hence the very low cost for b&b Overall however, a good experience and reasonably accessible to shops etc"

The newly renovated room is brilliant, clean and modern. There maybe a bit traffic in early morning. Earbuds will sort it out. I almost forgot the staff was so helpful n friendly and the food downstairs was yummy n good price"
