Centrally Located

I have always stay at this hotel when in Tres Rios. The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, walk outside and you are at the center of the area, mall, restaurants, park and night life. The morning complimentary breakfast is good.

This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision.

Funcionários são atenciosos, o café da manhã estava muito bom, o estacionamento é quase uma prova do Detran pra entrar (carro grande deve ser pior ainda) e o chuveiro estava quente, mas poderia ser um pouco mais.

O ponto positivo é a localização central. Os Quartos são apertados e a janela é literalmente de “cara” com o apartamento ao lado, nem pense em abrir a janela. O café da manhã é relativamente bom.

Foi boa a estadia , perto de tudo que precisava no momento . Mas fiquei um pouco incomodada com a questão do estacionamento, a mesma entrada e saída , espaço apertado , se não for bom no volante , acaba batendo , principalmente se o carro for grande. Outra questão , no quarto que estava , no frigobar e alguns itens que estavam fora , havia uma tabela com a quantidade de água , refrigerante, suco , petiscos ,chocolates e etc. A tabela marcava uma quantidade de itens de cada e estava diferente do que tinha no quarto . Estava faltando três itens, eu conferi e até avisei na recepção no mesmo momento, pois no final entendia -Se que eu havia consumido e no caso não foi. Mesmo o recepcionista me falando que não teria problema, penso que quando fossem verificar depois estaria faltando e mesmo eu falando que não consumi. Só ficar atento a isso , pois depois que o hóspede for embora , pode ficar com fama de "caloteiro" mas tirando isso , foi tudo perfeito . Obrigada
