"This place was way up in the Pinilla Highlands but such a cool little spot. The pool had leaves in ot due to the winds but was very clean unlike some places we have stayed. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful little getaway. You could also see the howler money when you walked to the pool. The road getting to this little gem was a bit rough so you need a 4x4 vehicle for sure. Really close to Avellanas beach area and restaurants. A big plus!"

"This place is great in terms of location and view. However, be prepared for the road up! Also, nothing is provided (i.e. soap/ shampoo/ spices/paper towels/ coffee filters). The owner, if he's going to continue to be a VRBO property, needs to step up his game by providing some basics. (Examples include: outdoor seating for more than 2 people; dishes.-I think we found 6 dinner plates for 4 of us and these did not match; Glasses --we bought, and left, wine glasses; Serving/ prep bowls.)
