Because the property is in the middle of nowhere i asked about dunner, he then asked about our dietary requirements etc. when we arrived he said dinner would be st 8. Fair enough, when we came down at 8 he had an un-corked breathing bottle of his red wine , and a HUGE spread of Anti-pasto.
