"They hit the price point very well! The location was great and the staff was fantastic. They gave wonderful recommendations and my stay was better because of them. The sleeping conditions are fine, pretty much exactly what I was after. Nothing special and the price was the main point. I wasn’t spending much time there anyway. "Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."

"It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "
