One younger person was rude and short on room phone when I asked one question about operating air conditioning, but I just went silent after the curt answer so it wouldn't matter who hung up on who. "We loved everything about BW Tritone. Its location is unbeatable . The breakfast is very very good, with a good variety of everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We even used their parking lot, for our rental car, and the lot is next door. You have to pay a fee for parking your car but it’s a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to the Best Western Tritone, if we return to Venice. And also all the staff we dealt with were super friendly, attentive & helpful."

"Room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. It was a relatively close walk to Marco Polo Airport so there was no need to pay for an uber or taxi service to go less than a mile. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Only negative was they would not give more than 1 room key for “safety reasons.” Not a big deal. We stayed for 1 night as we had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport so we didn’t have to deal with water taxis with a bunch of luggage. We got the superior room as it was very modern. Definitely recommend this hotel for the last night in Venice. "
