The hostess and her son were the kindest people that we met , they gave us very useful information about the area how to get to the bus metro train restaurants. "Very clean nice place, walking distance to Vatican. Worked perfect for us because we rented a car for our two week trip all around Italy and this place is outside of the no-drive zone. We parked in the garage and used public transportation to get to Trastevere and other locations until it was time to leave Rome (the bus stop is right by the apartment). "Our family stayed here during our trip to Rome. It is small, but nice and clean. It's a little bit farther away from all of the main tourist attractions and city, but everyone that we spoke with in the neighborhood was very kind and helpful. The taxis weren't too expensive, so thats what we usually choose to get into the middle of town, the Colosseum, Vatican ect. There was abgreat pastry shop right down the street that we went to for breakfast/coffee every morning and an amazing Gelato store...

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"This place was amazing! It is exactly like the pictures and even better! We arrived earlier than scheduled and was able to meet up with Alan and get in a few hours early. He also allowed for us to store our million suitcases inside the home while the cleaning crew came in. Thank you again Alan. The owner scheduled our tranports which was a huge help. This house is close to everything. There was 11 of us and we had more than enough room and never felt crowded. I would stay here again."
